The guys who came to take our old counter away were lovely. They were on time and very speedy.
The girls in the office were very pleasant and helpful but perhaps missed a trick.
During the pick up the guys did say that we could have had more taken away when they found out we had a couple of other ‘dead’ appliances, for not much more money. I wish I had been made aware of this when I booked the job. Never mind, overall we were really happy with the service and would definitely use you again. 5 stars!

Hazardous Waste Collection & Removal
Broken or damaged fridges are dangerous and environmentally hazardous. Fridges use two main types of refrigeration gas for cooling.
- Isopropane: A flammable gas that can be hazardous if not removed correctly.
- CFC gas: Older refrigeration units may contain refrigerants that can harm the environment if not recovered and processed correctly.
When fridges are illegally shredded, this gas is released into the atmosphere, where it contributes to global warming and the depletion of the ozone layer.
The treatment of these gases is essential for environmental protection. We have a secure, licensed location where we degas refrigerators before shredding or recycling them. All work fully complies with the WEEE directive and UK laws.
